We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. After 30 days, all sales are final.
To be eligible for return, the item must meet all of the following criteria:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Includes all accessories, manuals, labels, and tags
- Free from wear, damage, contamination, or modification
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Electrical or electronic components (e.g., ECUs, sensors)
- Opened or installed parts
- Special-order or custom-built products
- Clearance, final sale, or discounted items
- Gift cards, downloadable software, or virtual products
- Fluids, oils, or chemicals
- Safety or hygiene items (e.g., seats, belts, helmets, gaskets)
📦 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email returns@kansasboostmasters.com with your order number and reason for return
- Await RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) approval
- Once approved, ship the product at your own cost
Returns sent without prior approval will be refused.
We do not accept returns sent directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection
- Approved returns will be refunded minus original shipping fees and a restocking fee (15%–25%)
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
Partial Refunds or Denials
Partial refunds may be granted at our sole discretion if:
- Item shows signs of installation or use
- Packaging is missing or damaged
- Item is returned late (beyond 30 days)
- Parts are returned without all original components
Any return not caused by our error may incur deductions or be rejected entirely.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If we paid for free shipping on your order, this will be deducted from your refund
- You are responsible for return shipping (including any loss/damage in transit)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 3 business days of delivery
- Provide clear photos and a description of the issue
- We will investigate and offer a resolution: replacement, credit, or refund
Final Notes
- All returns are subject to inspection
- We reserve the right to deny returns that violate this policy
- This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice
