How online orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.

Shipping Destinations and Charges

Kansas Boost Masters is an online retailer. Available shipping methods, destinations, and charges are calculated from the products and delivery address and are shown at checkout before payment. We do not offer walk-in shopping or customer pickup unless an order specifically states otherwise.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Orders are processed after payment and order details are accepted. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, supplier availability, address problems, and high order volume may affect processing or delivery.

Special-order, custom, backordered, and build-sheet products may require additional processing or customer approval before shipment. We will contact you when information is needed to continue an order.

Supplier and Split Shipments

Products may ship from Kansas Boost Masters, a distributor, or a manufacturer. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. A package may display the fulfillment provider as the return address; do not use that address for a return unless our returns team authorizes it.

Tracking and Address Accuracy

Tracking information is provided when it is available from the carrier or fulfillment provider. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact sales@kansasboostmasters.com immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins.

Additional shipping or carrier charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed package may be deducted from a refund or charged before reshipment when permitted by law.

Damage, Loss, and Delivery Problems

Inspect packages promptly. Keep the item, shipping carton, packing materials, and labels if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Email sales@kansasboostmasters.com with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can review the order and any carrier or supplier claim.

A carrier scan marked delivered does not always mean the package was handed directly to the recipient. Check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and carrier tracking details before reporting a missing package.
