Return and Refund Policy

Contact us before returning an item so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct return instructions.

Start a Return

Email returns@kansasboostmasters.com within 30 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, the item you want to return, the reason for the return, and clear photos when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Do not ship an item to Kansas Boost Masters or to the address on the original package until we authorize the return and provide return instructions.

Return Eligibility

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, it must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in resalable condition with its original packaging, labels, hardware, instructions, and accessories.

The following items are not eligible for a change-of-mind return: opened fluids or chemicals; installed, used, or modified parts; custom-made or special-order products; gift cards; and products clearly marked final sale. Electrical or electronic items that have been installed are not returnable unless we confirm that a defect is covered by the applicable warranty.

Return Shipping and Destination

Some products ship directly from a distributor or manufacturer and may need to be returned to a specific facility. After reviewing your request, we will provide the authorized destination and any required return authorization number. Returns sent to an unauthorized or incorrect address may be refused or delayed.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refundable. If we confirm that we shipped the wrong item or that an item arrived damaged or defective, Kansas Boost Masters will provide appropriate instructions and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

Use a trackable shipping service and retain the tracking number. Package the product securely; damage caused by inadequate return packaging may reduce or prevent a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if a package or product is damaged, defective, missing components, or incorrect. Keep the product and all packaging while the request is reviewed. We may request photos, serial numbers, or other information needed by the carrier, distributor, or manufacturer.

Manufacturer warranty claims may follow the manufacturer's warranty process. We will explain the available next step after reviewing the product and order information.

Refunds

Authorized returns are inspected after they are received. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the credit. Shipping charges are refundable only when required by law or when Kansas Boost Masters confirms that the return resulted from our error or a qualifying damaged or defective item.

A distributor or manufacturer may assess a restocking fee on certain eligible returns. We will disclose any known fee during return authorization so you can decide whether to proceed.

Order Cancellations

Email us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We will try to stop fulfillment, but an order cannot be canceled after it has shipped or entered a supplier process that cannot be reversed. If it has shipped, the return rules above apply.
